After installation, you will see the FoxyProxy icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Click on it, then select Option → Proxies → Add.

Fill in the proxy information as shown in the image below and click Save. Finally, in the FoxyProxy panel at the top-right corner of the screen, select the IP you just added.
